Paula Aquilina received her B.Eng.(Hons.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malta in 2010, her M.Sc. in Signal Processing and Communications in 2013 and her PhD. degree in Engineering (Digital Communications) in 2017, both from the University of Edinburgh. Her main area of research is wireless communications, with particular focus on interference management and
