Keshav Singh (S’12–M’16) received the M.Tech. degree (Hons.) in computer science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, India, in 2006, the M.Sc. degree in information and telecommunications technologies from Athens Information Technology, Greece, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in communi- cation engineering from National Central University, Taiwan, in 2015. Since 2016, he has been with the Institute for Digital Communications, School of Engineering, The University of Edinburgh, where he is currently a Post-Doctoral Research Associate. His current research interests are in the areas of green communications, resource allocation, full-duplex radio, cooperative and energy harvesting networks, multiple-input multiple-output systems, and optimization of radio access. He has served as a Technical Program Committee Member for numerous IEEE conferences.
